Eastwood Plumbing Heating & Cooling LLC was founded in 2024 by Andrew Eastwood in Gardner, Massachusetts. Andrew grew up in the trades and has spent over 9 years working on residential plumbing, heating, and cooling systems across New England. He started Eastwood with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a plumber who answers the phone, shows up on time, tells the truth about what needs to be fixed, and charges a fair price for quality work.
That sounds basic — but if you've ever called a plumber on a Sunday night with no heat, you know how rare it actually is. Most companies put you on hold, send you to voicemail, or schedule you for sometime next week. Eastwood was built to be the opposite of that experience.
We believe in doing work we'd be proud to put our name on — and we literally do. Every unit we install gets an Eastwood Plumbing sticker with our license number and phone number on it. That's our way of saying: if anything ever goes wrong with this install, call us. We stand behind it.
We also believe in being straight with people. If your 8-year-old water heater needs a $200 part, we'll fix it. We're not going to tell you the whole thing needs to be replaced just to run up the bill. And if your 18-year-old boiler is on its last legs, we'll tell you that too — along with what your options are and what each one costs. You make the decision. We give you the information you need to make a good one.
We hold Massachusetts plumbing licenses PL17633-M and 5132-PL-C, carry full general liability insurance, and pull all required permits for plumbing and heating work. Every installation is done to Massachusetts code and inspected by the local plumbing inspector before we consider the job complete.
We install and service equipment from major manufacturers including State Water Heaters, Bradford White, PurePro, Ideal Heating, US Boiler Company (Alta and SteamMax lines), Burnham, Weil-McLain, Williams, Navien, Rinnai, Mitsubishi, and Fujitsu. We're not locked into any one brand — we recommend the equipment that makes the most sense for your home, your usage, and your budget.
We're based in Gardner, MA — right in the heart of North Central Massachusetts. From here, we serve homeowners and businesses in Fitchburg, Leominster, Westminster, Ashburnham, Templeton, Winchendon, Hubbardston, Athol, Orange, Phillipston, Princeton, Sterling, and the surrounding area.
